RULES

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the use of the right of admission, in which case the appropriate additional charges will be applied, as well as the cancellation of the booking without refund.

1. This accommodation is not suitable for stag or hen parties or similar parties

2. Pets are not allowed.

3. A valid photo ID is required at check-in (Passport or ID).

4. Respect other guests. Please behave in a responsible and civil manner and make sure your friends do too. The common areas are closed from 23:00 to 07:00, to ensure guests rest.

5. Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the building, except in designated smoking areas.

6. Hostel Sóller cannot be held responsible for lost or mislaid objects.

7. The guest will be responsible for any damage, loss or damage caused to the hostel; facilities, furniture, kitchen and its material, etc. The name of the person making the reservation will be held responsible. They will also be responsible for the cleanliness of the common things and objects (kitchen material), being able to apply a charge for excessive dirtiness.

8. Hostel Sóller does not accept bookings made by children under 16 years of age, without parents or legal guardians. Young people between 16 and 18 years of age will need the written consent of their parents or guardians.

9. Check-in in the shared dormitories is not allowed after 23:00.

CHILDREN’S POLICY

Baby cot free of charge. Children up to 2 years old free of charge, if sleeping in parents’ cot or bed. From 3 years old and up to 8 years old, a 20% discount, only with direct booking.

DINNER & PICNIC POLICY

Special requests, allergies and/or intolerances must be communicated at least two days in advance. As well as changes and cancellations, otherwise the total amount will be charged.

PAYMENT POLICY

Standard Rate: standard rate bookings do not require payment in advance. Cancellation charges will be made to the holder of the credit card presented. The establishment reserves the right to verify the credit card provided by charging €1 which will not be an administration fee.

Non-Refundable rate: the total amount of the reservation will be charged in advance at any time to the credit card presented. No changes or cancellations will be allowed.

Group rate (from 10 pax): for the confirmation of the reservation a 50% of the total amount is required. The other 50% must be paid one month before the date of arrival. The corresponding part will be refunded according to our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Individual bookings, standard rate: Cancellations one week before the arrival date: no booking fee. From 7 days before the arrival date: the first night will be charged. Cancellations on the same day of booking or early departures: the full booking will be charged.

Non-refundable bookings: No changes or cancellations are permitted, if you choose to cancel your reservation or in the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the full cost of your booking.

Group bookings (from 10 pax): in case of no-show or cancellation of the group (in part or in full), within 14 days prior to the arrival date, the first night will be charged. Cancellations 7 days before (part or all of the group): the entire booking will be charged.

Group bookings (from 20 pax): 100% refund of the payment made in advance if cancellation is requested two months before the arrival date. Refund of 50% of the payment made in advance if cancellation is requested one month before the arrival date. Cancellations 1 month before (part or all of the group): the entire reservation will be charged.

IMPORTANT: Hostel Sóller is not responsible for any bank fees incurred due to transfers. Any bank charges from transfers will always be charged to the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

All prices including 10% VAT.
Local tourism tax not included, 1,10€ per person and night. (Law 2/2016).
