1. HOUSE RULES

• Bachelor or bachelorette parties, as well as similar events, are not allowed.
• Pets are not permitted.
• A valid photo ID (passport or national ID) is required at check-in, either in person or online. If online check-in has not been completed beforehand, it must be done in person upon arrival.
• Guests arriving after 19:00 must have completed the online check-in in advance.

Respect and Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner.
• Common areas are closed from 23:00 to 07:00 to ensure rest for all guests.
• Check-in to shared dormitories is not permitted after 23:00.
• Sleeping in common areas is strictly prohibited.
• It os not allowed to take food and drinks (except water) to the rooms.
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building, except in designated smoking areas.If smoking is detected indoors, a €250 fee will be charged.

Responsibility and Cleanliness

• Hostel Sóller is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
• The reservation holder is liable for any damage, loss, or breakage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment.
• Guests must clean and properly maintain any shared-use facilities (e.g., kitchen) after use.
• In case of excessive dirtiness in rooms or common areas, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
• Additional charges also apply for heavily soiled towels or bed linens.

Check-out

• Check-out is required before 11:00 a.m. A 30-minute grace period is allowed.
• After that, a €20/hour late check-out fee will be charged.
• In-person check-out is available from 8:00 a.m.
  If you need to leave earlier, please leave your key in the key box at reception.
  A lost key will incur a €20 replacement fee.

Breakfast

• Breakfast is served between 07:30 and 10:00 a.m. in the common areas. Accommodation prices do not include breakfast.

Minors

• Guests under 16 years old are not permitted to stay without a parent or legal guardian.
• Guests aged 16–18 may stay only with written parental or guardian consent.

2. CHILDREN POLICY

• Baby cots are available free of charge.
• Children up to 2 years old: free if sleeping in a cot or in parents’ bed.
• Children aged 3–8 years: 20% discount (only applicable for direct bookings).

3. DINNER AND PICNIC POLICY

• Special requests, allergies, or intolerances must be communicated at least 2 days in advance.
• Changes or cancellations must also be requested at least 2 days in advance.
  Otherwise, the full charge will apply.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Individual Reservations (Standard Rate)

• Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge.
• Cancellations less than 7 days: first night charged.
• Same-day cancellations or early departures: 100% of the reservation charged.

Non-Refundable Reservations

• No changes or cancellations allowed.
• In case of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Group Reservations (10–19 people)

• Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: first night charged.
• Cancellation less than 7 days or no-show (total or partial): 100% of the reservation charged.

Group Reservations (20 people or more)

• Cancellation up to 2 months before arrival: 100% refund.
• Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 1 month before arrival (total or partial): 100% charged.

6. OTHER INFORMATION

• All prices include 10% VAT.
• Prices do not include the tourist tax, as per the Spanish Tourist Stay Law (Law 2/2016): €1.10 per person per night.
• Prices are subject to typographical errors.
• Hostel Sóller is not responsible for bank fees generated by transfers. Such charges are always the guest’s responsibility.

7. JURISDICTION

For any disputes arising from this contractual relationship, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands.
